Representative DirectorAtsushi Tanaka

After joining Goldman Sachs securities, Tanaka worked as a telecommunications and internet industry securities analyst and was involved in listing telecommunications companies and internet-related companies as well as handling M&A and many other facets of the telecommunications industry.

In 1999, he participated in establishing eAccess Ltd. His duties are wide ranging, including corporate planning and business management. In finance, he helps procure various financings and manages M&A projects, and also acts as the managing executive officer of the corporate planning division.
In 2005, he procured approximately 400 billion yen in business funds to launch EMOBILE Ltd. and acted as CFO and head of the corporate planning division.

Tanaka left eAccess Ltd. in June 2012 and established JTOWER Inc.

DirectorNobuo Nezu

Nezu joined Kokusai Denshin Denwa Co., Ltd. in 1968, becoming director in 1996. Upon the merger in October 2000, he took the post director of the network operations division at Corporation.

He has also held the post of executive officer of the network technology division, and served as the head of the information system division, vice president and managing director of the broadband consumer business department, and worked on developing new services such as Hikari Plus (au Hikari), Metal Plus, and Cable Plus. Later he filled the post of full time auditor of KDDI Corporation, became an advisor, and retired in June 2011.

Nezu joined JTOWER Inc. as an advisor in July 2012. He then took the post of director at JTOWER Inc. in August 2013.

Yasushiro Murakami

Murakami joined Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Public Corporation in 1968 (currently NTT / Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation). There he was involved in a wide variety of telecommunications projects including development, design, and construction of wireless communications equipment, and long-distance telecommunications projects.

In 1996, he left and joined DAIMEI TELECOM ENGINEERING CORP. (currently MIRAIT Corporation) as director. There he was in charge of managing sales and construction for the Western Japan area, as well as launching IT businesses. He then became executive director in 1999 and finally full time auditor in 2004.

He left the company in 2006 and joined EMOBILE Ltd. (currently SoftBank Corporation) as vice president. He participated in launching mobile businesses as the person responsible for designing base stations and building networks. He left in 2007 and served in important posts mainly in telecommunications construction.

Murakami joined JTOWER Inc. as an advisor in February 2016.

Eiji Hagiwara

Hagiwara joined Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Public Corporation in 1975 (Currently NTT / Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation).
In the laboratory, he was involved in R&D for wireless communications. After the company was divided into NTT DOCOMO, Inc. in 1993, he served in important posts in the mobile multimedia business division and the corporate sales division. In 2002, he became director and then executive director of NTT DOCOMO Kansai, Inc. in 2003.

He left the company in 2006, and joined Panasonic Mobile Communications Co., Ltd. as director. Later he began serving as executive director and then as executive director of Panasonic System Networks Co., Ltd.

Since 2016 he has been an advisor for SAMJI Electronics Co., Ltd.

Hagiwara joined JTOWER Inc. as an advisor in June 2016.
